Austin is a current J.D. candidate studying Air and Space law. Previously, he co-founded CognitZEN, a B2B machine learning and education technology business that used gamification to teach argumentation and public speaking.

Drew Kristensen
Drew Kristensen

CTO

Drew has a Master's in Machine Learning and 9 years of experience in the field. He has a love for all things Machine Learning, researching novel regularization methods in his (limited) free time. Over the years, Drew has developed products using various approaches within Machine Learning, such as Reinforcement Learning, Natural Language Processing, and Computer Vision.

Dr. America Chambers
Dr. America Chambers

Advisor

Dr. America Chambers is an associate professor in the Mathematics and Computer Science Department at the University of Puget Sound. She earned her B.A. in Mathematics and Computer Science from Swarthmore College and her Masters and Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of California, Irvine. She taught as a visiting professor for two years at Pomona College before joining the University of Puget Sound in 2015.

Dr. Tony Mullen
Dr. Tony Mullen

Advisor

Tony Mullen is a teaching professor at Northeastern University and has been active in natural language processing, computational linguistics, and machine learning research for over 20 years at institutions including the National Institute of Informatics in Japan and the University of Groningen, Netherlands, as well as several start-ups.

Aleksandra Solodilov graduated with a B.S in Computer Science and a minor in Biology from University of Puget Sound. She is passionate about front-end development, user experience design, and learning new front-end technologies. Outside of academics, Aleksandra dedicates her time to volunteering in the NICU and rock climbing.

Svetlana Solodilov

Intern

Svetlana Solodilov holds a B.S in Computer Science and a minor in Biology from the University of Puget Sound. She is passionate about software engineering and product management, and is always eager to expand her knowledge in both fields. Her hobbies include figure drawing, reading, and rock climbing.
