Drew has a Master's in Machine Learning and 9 years of experience in the field. He has a love for all things Machine Learning, researching novel regularization methods in his (limited) free time. Over the years, Drew has developed products using various approaches within Machine Learning, such as Reinforcement Learning, Natural Language Processing, and Computer Vision.

Penny is a software engineer with years of experience working with data in a complex technical environment and securing funding competitively. With a PhD in Physical Chemistry, she spent over a decade pursing research related to Antarctic clouds before joining 2nd Chair.

Dr. America Chambers is an associate professor in the Mathematics and Computer Science Department at the University of Puget Sound. Her research focuses on machine learning, natural language processing, and statistical models of text.

Tony Mullen is a teaching professor at Northeastern University and has been active in natural language processing, computational linguistics, and machine learning research for over 20 years at institutions including the National Institute of Informatics in Japan and the University of Groningen, Netherlands, as well as several start-ups.
